Sycamore gets its name after the iconic late Sycamore Gap Tree in Newcastle Upon Tyne where the organisation is based. We named it this as we believe that every investment you make with us is like planting a seed of a tree; it may start as something small but after great care & time, you can grow something spectacular.

Thanks to the founders’ backgrounds, as an organisation we appreciate that charity starts at home, so we love to sponsor charities & grassroots football teams in the local area as our way of giving back to the community.
